This was shot for and in Sourwood, a white tablecloth restaurant in North Georgia. Shooting in a working kitchen is a challenge in most kitchens are small and can be cramped for an extra person that was not planned for. As a result, the camera operator and the director usually have very limited angles they can physcially get the cameras in to shoot.
The list of Gear: Canon 5D MKIII using 160, 320, 640, 1250, 5000 and 25,600 ISO using from 1/30 to 1/60 second shutter speed with a Canon 24-70mm zoom lens from 54mm to 70mnm also a Canon 100mm macro lens set to f5.6 to f16 resting on Gitzo CF Tripods Sachtler fluid head Photoclam ball head and using Small HD monitors The Light: Lighting is all practical except we used a 1000 watt Lowel DP light to illuminate the finished plate set.
